A fragment of the second volume of a commentary on al-Bahjah al-Wardīyah, the versification by Ibn al-Wardī of al-Ḥāwī al-ṣaghīr, a standard work on Shāfiʻite law by Najm al-Dīn ʻAbd al-Ghaffār al-Qazwīnī. This section begins with the chapter on al-nikāḥ and ends with ʻatq umm al-walad.
