- Collation: Paper ; fol. 248 + 1 ; catchwords ; modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals.
- Description: Rubricated ; full vowel signs ; MS in good condition but several folios are worm-eaten and mended. MS is rare.
- Layout: 19-20 lines per page ; ruled.
- Marginal and interlinear notes and glosses. Some notes are written on slips of paper and inserted between the folios. On the page before the first and on the folio before that occur a statement that the book was given by Zādah ʻAlī Afandī to the school of Muftīzādah to be kept there, and is dated 1229 [1813/4]; a wise saying; an autograph of an owner; a memorandum of accounts and some writing.
