1. fol. 1a-34b: al-Kalām fī al-iʻtiqād al-khāliṣ min al-shakk wa-al-intiqād / ʻAlī ibn Ibrāhīm ibn al-ʻAṭṭār. This treatise on faith concludes with a qaṣīdah of Abū Bakr ʻAbd Allāh ibn Abi Dāʼūd Sulaymān al-Sijistānī (d. 316/928) which the author read before Abū Bakr ibn Ibrāhīm ibn ʻAnd al-Raḥmān al-Shāfiʻī in Shawwāl 699 H. [1300] (see fol. 33b, l. 1). Incomplete at the beginning.
2. fol. 35a-38a: Ḥukm masʼalat al-qadar / Aḥmad ibn ʻAbd al-Ḥalīm ibn Taymīyah. Answer to a question on free will, in verses (102, according to the colophon).
3. fol. 38a-39b: [Qaṣidah fī madḥ Ibn Taymīyah]. Verses in praise of Ibn Taymīyah.
4. fol. 40a-138b: [al-Alfāẓ al-kitābīyah]. Glossary of synonyms, partly identical with Kitāb al-alfāẓ al-kitābīyah of ʻAbd al-Raḥmān ibn ʻĪsā al-Hamadhānī (d. 320/932; GAL I, 127/1; SI, 195), but containing a considerable number of chapters not found in Cheikho's edition of Hamadhānī's work (Beirut, 1885). Ms. Berlin 7048 seems to contain a fragment of the same text. Incomplete at the beginning. The ms. has been tampered with by a forger. See R. Mach. Yahuda, no. 3776 for a more detailed description. Lacunae. Some folios are bound in wrong sequence.

Description: Written in two different scripts: fol. 1a-39b in thick medium small script in black ink with re-inking in red ink for headings; fol. 40a-137b in thiner small script in black ink with larger script for headings. Even if the dates mentioned in the colophon are different, these two scripts might be from the same hand. Fol. 1a-39b: light cream glazed paper with vertical laid lines and chain lines (grouped by two?) visible. Some leaves are smaller (see fol. 14, 17). Fol. 40a-137b: thick light cream glazed paper.

Explicit: [الكلام في الاعتقاد] وقول من لم نذكر ممن بلغنا عنه فمن قال غير هذا فقد كذب اخرها والحمد لله اولا واخرا وباطنا وظاهرا وصلى ... ولا قوة الا بالله العزيز الحكيم العلى العظيم -- [حكم مسئلة القدر] اشارة الى اصل يشير الى الهدى وللّه رب الخلق اكمل مدحتي -- [قصيدة في مدح] واجعله لي في المعاد ذخيرةً افوز به في الحشر من خكبة الذنب -- [الالفاظ الكتابية] و تقول احكنى راسى قال ابو الحسن الاخفش لا يجوز غيره ومعناه صيّرنى الى ان احكّه وقال غيره اكلنى راسى وحكّنى فامّا احكنى فالقول فيه قول ابى الحسن واما اكلنى فصحيح والله اعلم بالصواب واليه المرجع والمآب تم الكتاب
