- A few marginal notes. After the colophon and on the following fifteen folios is the life of the author of the ground work, al-Jawharī.
- Collation: Paper ; fol. 104 + (4) ; catchwords ; modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals.
- Layout: 21 lines per page ; frame-ruled in red.
- Description: Text in red and commentary in black ; some vowel signs ; watermarks (three cresents, roman-alphabet letters "FC") ; MS in fair condition; considerable amount of water staining but fully legible.
