- Collation: Paper ; fol. 156 ; catchwords ; modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals.
- Layout: 23 lines per page ; ruled.
- Description: Written in Fārisī and other scripts ; text in red and commentary in black ; overlining and other use of red ; folios 1-50 are by a different hand ; watermarks (three "c"s ; bird in a circle standing on three mounds; anchor) ; MS in fair condition.
- Origin: According to colophon copied on a Tuesday late Shawwāl 1063 (fol. 156a).
