Layout: 27 lines per page ; frame-ruled in black with most pages consisting of an inner grid of red boxes 4 x 7 or 6 x 10.
Description: Written in black and red ink ; MS in good condition; stained.
Origin: According to colophon copied Monday 28 Shawwāl 991 by ʻAlī Nūr al-Dīn ibn Muḥammad Badr al-Dīn ibn al-Miʻmār (fol. 49a).
