The manuscripts are predominantly in Arabic, but there are also many in Persian and Ottoman Turkish. The manuscript digitizations here are a fraction of the full Manuscripts of the Islamic World collections, housed in Special Collections in Princeton's Firestone Library. Efforts are ongoing to make the manuscripts of these collections more accessible through conservation, catalog record updates, and digitization.

- Collation: Paper ; fol. i + 157 ; catchwords ; modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals.
- Layout: 13 lines per page in two columns ; frame-ruled in gold, blue and black.
- Description: Rubricated ; a few folios tinted deep red or yellow ; watermarks (coat-of-arms containing towers and lions; scales; flower; roman-alphabet initials "AG") ; MS in good condition.
- Decoration: Illuminated headpiece (ʻunwān) in red, blue, silver and gold (fol. 1b). Text on opening spread set within gold cloud background (fol.1b-2a). Titles in red, some of them on a silver background.
- Origin: According to colophon copy completed 4 Muḥarram 1235 (fol. 156b).
- Binding Note
- Contemporaneous? type III (without flap) binding in dark brown leather. Color-stamped mandorla with pendants and color-tooled decorative edging. Leather doublures. Multi-colored endbands.
