The manuscript digitizations here are a fraction of the full Manuscripts of the Islamic World collections, housed in Special Collections in Princeton's Firestone Library. - A few marginal notes. Brief inscriptions before and after the text. On edges of MS the name of the author is given as Khālid al-Maghribī.
- Collation: Paper ; fol. 158 + iii ; catchwords ; modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals.
- Layout: 23 lines per page ; ruled.
- Description: Rubricated ; overlining in red ; watermarks (three crescents) ; MS in good condition but slightly worm-eaten.
- Origin: According to colophon copied Wednesday 16 Shaʻbān 1141 (fol. 156b).
- Incipit: بسم الله ... الحمد لله الذي رفع قدر من اعرب الشهادتين
- Colophon: وافق الفراغ من کتبه عشية الاربعاء في شهر الله شعبان بعد ان مضت منه ستة عشر يوما سنة الخير سنة احد[ى] واربعين وماية والف والحمد لله على ذلك
- Binding Note
- Later type II (with flap) binding in red leather and blue and red marbled paper. Upper pastedown has printing on the reverse. Multi-colored endbands.
