A few marginal notes and glosses. In the preface the author gives Shifāʼ al-asqām wa-maḥw al-āthām as another title for his work. Table of contents (fol. 2b-3b). Illegible title appears on the lower edge of the text block. Biographical note and reading certificate in the name of Muḥammad Muṣṭafá al-Shamʻī with seal impression (fol. 4a).
