20 lines per page. Written in small naskh with elements of nastaʻlīq in black ink with use of red. Dark cream paper with pulp and laid lines visible. On fol. 1a: Text on the six sorts of natural sciences (anwāʻ al-ʻulūm al-ṭabīʻīyah) ; undated ownership statements. Two modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals (both faulty). This record follows the foliation in larger script. First folio loose.
