1. fol. 2b-41a: Ḥāshiyah ʻalá al-Risālah al-Ḥusaynīyah. Gloss on Sharḥ al-Ḥusaynīyah, same as Garrett 2099/I.
2. fol. 42b-56a: Sharḥ al-Ḥusaynīyah. Anonymous commentary on Anṭākī's al-Risālah al-Ḥusaynīyah (probably by the author himself), same as Berlin 5335 and Garrett 916. These mss. have been wrongly identified as being a commentary by ʻAlī al-Fardī, who is the author of a gloss on this commentary.
3. fol. 56a-60a: Sharḥ al-Risālah fī ādāb al-baḥth. The authorʼs commentary on his Risālah fī ādāb al-baḥth.
4. fol. 60b-61b: Sharḥ Zubdat al-munāẓarah. The author's commentary.
5. fol. 61b-68a: Risālah fī fann al-munāẓarah.
6. fol. 68b-86a: Sharḥ Talkhīṣ Taqrīr al-qawānīn. Commentary on his abridgment of Sājaqlīzādah's Taqrīr al-qawānīn, completed in Rajab 1152.
7. fol. 86b-88a: Risālah fī ādāb al-baḥth.
