Description: Written in nastaʻliq and general script in black. Leaves 111-206 on machine-made paper, likely replacements. Leaves 214-220 repaired. Rubrication, vocalization and catchwords. First two leaves have tears and are repaired. Foxed and damp-stained.
Origin: [Risālah fī ṣīghat al-ṭalāq] Copy completed completed on 14 Ṣafar 1126 H in Qazwīn (f. 219b-220a).
Incipit: [حاشية ملا محمد] نحمدك اللهم يا من فلقنا و لم نك شيئا مذکورا -- [صيغ النكاح] قال المفتاق الى رحمة ربه ... اما بعد فقد ندبني بعض احبائي ان اجمع له عجالة مشتملة على صيغ النکاح -- [رسالة في صيغة الطلاق] قال العبد ... المدعو بمحسن ... اما بعد فقد سألني البارّ ... ان اجمع له صيغة الطلاق و بعض احکامه
