- Layout: 19 lines per page ; frame-ruled in blue and red, or in blue and black.
- Description: Rubricated ; some vowel signs ; watermarks (cross) ; MS in good condition, mended. MS is rare.
- Origin: According to colophon copied Shawwāl 1005 by Ibrāhīm ibn Ḥājjī Yūsuf Sarkhābī (fol. 218b).
