- Collation: Paper ; fol. i + 81 + i ; catchwords ; modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals.
- Description: Written in Fārisī and other scripts ; overlining in red ; folios 1-23 and 46-49 are in Fārisi and folios 24-45 are in general script and by a different hand ; the second work has some faintly-tinted paper ; watermarks (crown, star with a crescent on top) ; MS in good condition.
- Layout: 17-19 lines per page ; frame-ruled in red.
- Marginal notes and glosses. Fols. 1a and 81a have additional notes on grammar and a seal impression. Several lines of poetry and other writing on fol. 51a. Numerals, magic squares, and a seal impression on fol. 80b.
