Physical description: 17 lines per page. Written in small naskh in black ink with use of red. Laid paper. Stained with water ; a few holes.

Inscription in Arabic script on a label pasted on the upper cover: "Farāʼiḍ 26". Inscription in Arabic script on a label pasted on the pastedown of the upper cover: "866/2 Ḥ".
Origin: According to colophon, copied by Yūnus ibn Bāyazīd ibn Yūsuf, night of Friday middle of Rajab 886 [Sept. 1481] (fol. 67a).
