- Marginal notes and glosses; marginal summaries. Title page has a diagram, several inscriptions, and mentions that the volume contains: Qawl Aḥmad ʻalá al-Fanārī and Ḥāshiyah ʻalá al-qawl Aḥmad ʻalá al-Fanārī.
- Collation: Paper ; fol. i + 42 + i ; catchwords ; modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals.

- Description: Overining in red ; watermarks (three crescents?, roman-alphabet lettering) ; MS in good condition.
