- Inscription in Roman and Arabic script on a label pasted on the upper cover: "M. K. E. N°257 (121 [in Arabic numerals])".
- Layout: 21-23 lines per page.
- Description: Written in medium small script in black ink faded to brown, with larger script for headings, and some use of green ink. Cream paper with pulp visible. Fol. 1 is a later replacement on glazed European paper with watermark. Water damaged. Some leaves are repaired with loss of text on the edges. Last fol. particularly damaged.
- Origin: Copy completed in 880 H. (colophon, fol. 137b, unclear).

- Binding Note
- Type II (with flap) binding in red leather over paper pasteboards. Blind-stamped mandorla with two pendants on the vertical axis, and an outer frame made of several fillets. Rebacked, edges repaired. Paper pastedown.
