- Collation: Paper ; fol. 21 ; catchwords ; modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals.
- Description: Written in a medium small, fairly casual script in black ink with use of red.
- Origin: Copied by Muḥammad ibn Muḥammad ibn Ẓarīf al-Ḥanbalī (by madhʹhab) al-Qādirī (by ṭarīqah), and completed on the 10th of Ṣafar 1055 (1645) -- colophon (fol. 20a).
- Incipit: الحمد لله الاحد القديم السلام الصمد القدير العلام ... اما بعد فان العبد الضعيف المذنب ... علي بن محمود بن محمد الرابض البدخشان غفر الله له يقول التمس بعض اخواني ان الخص كتاب الخلاصة
