Collation: Paper ; fol. 60 + (2) ; catchwords ; modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals.
Layout: 11-15 lines per page.
Description: Rubricated ; folios 1-4, 59-60, and final two folis are later ; original folios have full vowel signs ; watermarks (later folios only: three crescents) ; MS in fair condition.
Origin: Probably from the XVth century.
