- 1. fol. 1a-52a: Kitāb al-Raḥmah fī al-ṭibb wa-al-ḥikmah / [Mahdī ibn ʻAlī al-Ṣubunrī]. A work on medicine dealing with: (a) the science of medicine; (b) dietetics and medicines; (c) preventive medicine; (d) treatment of specific diseases; (e) treatment of common ills.
- 2. fol. 52b-56b: [Fawāʼid]. Miscellaneous additions including a jawāb by al-Shaykh al-Jaʻfar.
- 3. fol. 57b-: [Poems]. A collection of poems beginning with a qaṣīdah by the Shīʻte Ibn Abī al-Ḥadīd. Among the rest are the seven muʻallaqāt.

- Description: Rubricated ; watermarks (fol. 1-52: three crescents; fol. 57-112: coat-of-arms?, roman-alphabet lettering: "Pon...rmine") ; MS in very poor condition; badly stained with dampness and difficult to read.

- Binding Note
- Contemporaneous? type II (with flap) binding in dark brown leather. Color-stamped mandorla with large pendants and cornerpieces. Multi-colored endbands. Flap is missing. Binding in poor condition.
