- Marginal and interlinear notes and glosses. There occurs also a note in Turkish and Sūrah 112 in full.
- Collation: Paper ; fol. 51 + (1) ; catchwords ; modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals.
- Layout: 14-15 lines per page ; frame-ruled in red on fol. 1-21, fol. 1-15 also have a red edging.
- Description: Written in Fārisī and other scripts ; rubricated ; overlining and other use of red ; watermarks (crest? with countermark, anchor) ; folios were trimmed, and to preserve the marginal notes, edges of several folios were folded. MS in fair condition.
- Decoration: Marginal comments on folio 22a arranged in the shape of three daggers.
- Incipit: [كتاب المصباح] بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم وبه به نستعين اما بعد حمد الله ذى الانعام جاعل النحو فى الکلام -- [العوامل] بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم الحمد لله رت العالمين والصلوة والسلام على محمد واله اجمعين وبعد فان العوامل في النحو -- [ضوء] بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم وبه نستعين قول اما بعد حمد الله اما كلمة متضمهة بمعنى الشرط فلذلك كانت الفاء لازمة لها قال سيبويه -- [اعراب] بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم وبه نستعين اما كلمة متضمهة بمعنى الشرط لان اصل قولنا اما بعد حمد اله مهما تكن من شيئ
