- Layout: 11 lines per page ; frame-ruled in red with a double line text border, larger frame line, and an edge line.
- Description: Rubrication ; vowel signs ; watermarks (shield with face-in-a-moon, roman-alphabet letters "VG") ; MS in excellent condition.
- Decoration: Simple illuminated headpiece consisting of red crosshatching.
- Incipit: بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم .... قال محمد هو ابن مالك * احمد ربي الله خير ملك
- Colophon: واقول کان فراغي من جمعه يوم الجمعة ثالث رمضان المعظم قدره سنة اثنين وستين وثمانمائة بمدرسة الصالحية ... وحسبنا الله ونعم الوکيل ولا حول ولا قوة الا بالله العلي العظيم
- Binding Note
- Contemporaneous? type II (with flap) binding in red leather. Blind-stamped mandorla with pendants and blind-tooled decorative edging on covers. Similar decoration on flap. Does not appear to have ever been sewn.
