- On leaf 1a, several owner's stamps and notes of sale, two of which are dated 1183 H [1769 or 1770] and 1279 H [1862 or 1863]. Partially effaced stamps on leaf 3a. Note of sale and stamp dated 1279 H [1862 or 1863] (different from the one on leaf 1a) on leaf 75a; the same stamp is impressed on leaf 143b.

- Origin: Text 1, 23 Jumādá II 1096 H [27 May 1685], by ʻAbd ʻAlī ibn Muḥammad ibn ʻAbd al-Nabī al-Rammāḥī (leaf 74b). Text 2, Dhū al-Qaʻdah 1096 H [October 1685], by the same scribe (leaf 143b).
