13 lines per page. Illuminated headpiece (ʻunwān) in blue and gold on fol. 1b (partly cut off). The text is framed within a gold, black and blue border. Several ownership statements with seals on fol. 1a. The first fol. is cut in two, with no apparent loss of text.
Copy completed on 13 Rabīʻ al-Awwal 994 in Aḥmadābād by Shahr? Allāh ibn Shams al-Dīn (colophon in Persian, fol. 50b). The colophon mentions the number of leaves (51).
Incipit: تبارك اسمك وتعالي ذكرك ... [2أ] ... وبعد فهذا مختصر الالواح اوردت فيه جملا من اللطايف ولمعا من الغرايب
