- Sūrat al-Fātiḥah on fol. 28a, signed ʻUmar. Label on upper cover: " No. 24 MR".
- Layout: 15 lines per page in two columns ; frame-ruled in gold and black.
- Description: Written in medium small script in black ink with use of red for rubrication. Catchwords on the verso of each leaf. Glazed dark cream and dark blue paper with visible laid lines.
- Decoration: Illuminated headpiece in gold, blue, red, orange and white (fol. 2b). All headings written in black on gold background with blue outlined edges.

- Explicit: اولمدين بيك يدى تاريخى تمام بو رسالمده تمام اولدى تمام
- Binding Note
- Later? type III (without flap) binding of brown leather. Gold-stamped mandorlas and gold-tooled edging. Spine and cover edges repaired in red leather. Doublures in burgundy leather with gold painted mandorla-shaped motifs in the centre, and marbled paper pasted around the edges.
