Hādhā Ṣafwat al-zamān fīman tawallá ʻalá Miṣr min amīr wa-sulṭān / Muṣṭafá al-Ṣafawī al-Shāfiʻī.
1814-1900
A chronological work, giving the names and dates of those who governed Egypt from the beginning of the Muslim conquest 19-20 [640-41] to the time of Khūrshīd Pāshā 1218-20 [1804-5] and the advent of Muḥammad ʻAlī Pāshā [1805-48]. There is also at the end a short essay on the nature and history of the currency used in Egypt during the same period.
