- Marginal notes and glosses. On the title page and on the back of the colophon is a fragment of Tadhhīb al-ummīyah fī tahdhīb al-Shāṭibīyah by Ibrāhīm ibn ʻUmar al-Jaʻbarī which is a metrical commentary on al-Shāṭibīyah by Ibn Fīrruh al-Shāṭibī. Other short inscriptions on the title page include an extract from Ibn al-Jazarī.

- Layout: 25 lines per page ; frame-ruled in red.
