- Description: Rubricated ; vowel signs ; watermarks? ; MS in fair condition, many folios mended at the spine edge.

- On title page and the folio before is a long note about Egypt. On the page after the colophon is a record of an earthquake that shook Egypt at four oʼclock on Saturday, Rajab 24, 1039 [Saturday, March 9, 1630].
- Origin: According to colophon copied Monday 3 Dhī al-Ḥijjah 1030 (fol. 34a).
