- Description: Rubricated ; vowel signs ; watermarks (shield with bend) ; MS in fair condition.
- Decoration: Folios 1b-56a illuminated with tri-colored inner frame and outer frame of yellow and black with corner decoration. Marginal roundels on each page, some have been fill in with labels or decoration and expanded into larger medallions in red, yellow and black. Yellow or yellow and red circles dividing text. Illuminated headpieces/endpieces of yellow, red, and black (fol. 1b, 14a, 41a, 47b, 53b, 56b)
