The description provided by the artist: "І от ми тепер чуємо ці моторошні і чумні назви цих армійських підрозділів чи дивізій. Кажуть їхня орда складала 200 тисяч. Цей - Передовий Пункт Командування 49-ої Загальновійськової Армії РФ, розбитий вщент на підході до нашого Києва. А це означає що наша доблесна Українська Армія не розбита і не розбіглася- адже всі на то розраховували. Були такі проротцтва, та не здійснилася. Вона вп'ялася в ці довжелезні колони окупанта в винищуює ту ненависну сарану з північного Сходу."

The advance command post

"Now we are hearing these terrifying and foreboding names of these military units or divisions. It is said that their horde numbered 200,000. This is the Advanced Command Post of the 49th General Military Army of the Russian Federation, which was utterly decimated as it approached our Kyiv. This signifies that our courageous Ukrainian Army is not in defeat or disarray, as everyone had anticipated. While there were speculations, they did not materialize. Our army has firmly entrenched itself within these formidable columns of the occupiers, eradicating the detested threat from the northeast."
