Autograph manuscript journal of Revel, who participated in the American Revolution with De Grasse's fleet. Covers the period from 5/10/1780 to 5/2/1782, and includes 11 manuscript maps and 13 smaller diagrams and plans. Housed together with a printed copy of the map of Yorktown, being a reproduction of the Yorktown map in the original manuscript and a photocopy of the printed version of the journal.

Part of Princeton and the Revolution
Selected materials that feature works from Princeton University Library, drawn from the Early American, Graphic Arts, and Numismatics Collections, and the Scheide Library. The selection also draws heavily from the Andre De Coppet ’15 Collection and the Sid Lapidus ’59 Collection. The commonplace book of Annis Boudinot Stockton is on deposit courtesy of the Stockton family.
