Four-panel cartoon depicts a scuffle between 2 children walking with their fathers. One child wears a military uniform and the other a clerical cassock. Their pet dogs also fight each other. The fathers spank them, then lead their crying children away. Represents a commentary on the Roman question, a conflict between the Italian state and the papacy.
