- Physical description: 14 lines per page. Written in medium small taʻlīq, in black ink with use of red and green. Thick woven paper, glossy ; frame-ruled. Table of contents on two leaves of blue paper pasted between the first fol. and fol. 1 in the modern foliation. Modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals (omits the first leaf). Several inscriptions on fol. 67b.
- Inscription in Arabic script on a label pasted on the upper cover: "Tawḥīd 119". Inscription in Arabic script on a label pasted on the pastedown of the upper cover: "957/2 ḥāʼ".
- Collation: Paper, fol. i, 6, ii ; i (free endpaper, verso marbled) 1-6¹⁰ 6⁶ i (later added fly-leaf) i (free endpaper, verso marbled); catchword on the verso of each leaf.
- Origin: Copied for(?) Dāniyāl by al-Ākh ʻAmr Khān (colophon, fol. 66b).
- Incipit: الحمد لله الذى هدانا للايمان والاسلام برسوله محمد عليه وعلى اله وصحبه افضل الصلاة والسلام اما بعد فهذه رسالة مشيرة الى فروض عينية من اعقائد السنية ومن احكام ربع العبادة على مذهب الشافعية
