- 1. fol. 2a-b: [Inscriptions ; recipes ; title "Kitāb lumʻat al-taʻrīf fī maʻná al-taṣārīf"].
- 2. fol. 3a-19b: Kanz al-asrār wa-dhakhīrat al-abrār / Hermes Trismegistus. Treatise in six chapters (bāb) on talismans attributed in the preface to Thābit ibn Qurrah al-Ḥarrānī (d. 288/901 ; see fol. 3a, l. 4), but presented in the text itself as a work of Hermes Trismegistos translated (tafsīr) by Thābit (see fol. 13a, l. 1-2).
- 3. fol. 19b-26b: Lawāwiʻ al-taʻrīf fī maṭāliʻ al-taṣrīf / Yaʻīsh ibn ʻAbd Allāh al-Andalūsī [Yaʻīsh ibn Ibrāhīm al-Umawī]. Treatise on the magical properties of letters and on magical squares. At the end of a text (fol. 26a), poem by another hand. On fol. 26b, table announced at the end of the text.
- 4. fol. 27a-48b: Kitāb al-Qaṣr / Ibn Sabʻīn. Treatise on the magical properties of letters (ʻilm al-ḥurūf). Identical with Kunūz al-mughrimīn fī asrār al-ḥurūf attributed to Aristotle (see Ullmann, Natur- und Geheimwissenschaften, p. 365), except for some additions toward the end of the text.
- 5. fol. 48b-61b: Sharḥ Junnat al-asmāʼ / Abū Ḥāmid al-Ghazzālī. Treatise on the magical properties of a poem attributed to ʻAlī ibn Abī Ṭālib.

- Description: Written in medium small script in black ink, with use of red and yellow. Tables and diagrams (see fol. 15b, in red, yellow and black). Glazed laid paper with watermark. Table of contents by a later hand on the first flyleaf (fol. 1). Foliation in pencil using Western numerals (counting the first fly leaf as fol. 1).

- Binding Note
- Type III (without flap) binding in brown leather over paper pasteboards. Blind-stamped mandorla linked by a vertical and an horizontal single fillet to the outer frame, consisting of two double-fillets. Similar decoration on flap. Yellow paper pastedowns.
