- Physical description: 11 lines per page in two columns. Written in medium large script in black ink. The text is vocalized. Final yāʾ dotted. Thick cream paper, glossy, with laid and chain lines visible. Fol. 138 is a later addition (European paper). Important interlinear and marginal annotations, apparently by the same hand as the main text. Modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals (blank between fol. 74 and 75). Loose quires and leaves.
- Chiefly quaternions ; catchword on the verso of each leaf.
- Inscription in Arabic script on a label pasted on the pastedown of the upper cover: "Raqm 71".
- Origin: According to colophon, copied by ---? ibn Ibrāhīm ibn Ḥiḍr(?), 27 Dhū al-Qaʻdah 850 [Feb. 13, 1447] (fol. 137b).
- Incipit: بسم ... وبه نستعين بسم الاله رب كل عبد والحمد لله ولي الحمد
- Explicit: جنات عدن وقصورا ناعمه

- Placed in binding in brown leather, with flap. Mended.
